â–¶ I Registered for a Live Class, Now What?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout with a link to access your downloadable content and additional information.

You will then receive a series of emails beginning week prior to the scheduled Live class which contain detailed instructions and login instructions. 

24 hours prior to the class you will receive a reminder email with a link to the virtual classroom. Another reminder email will go out 1 hour prior to the class start time as well. 

The virtual classroom opens 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time.

â–¶ How do I find my Live Class Replay Recording?

You will receive an email 1-2 days after the live class takes place. Typically if the class is on a Thursday night, the class recording email will go out Saturday morning.
â–¶ I purchased an On-Demand Class, now what?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout. A second email will also be sent with a link to access the password protected on-demand video and companion class handbook.

The password to access the On-Demand class is included in the READ ME document.

What is a Live Hybrid Class?

a Live Hybrid format, combines the best of both worlds. Core lessons are pre-recorded in high-quality video so you can see every step of the process with crystal-clear detail. During the scheduled live session, our instructors will guide you through the class in real time—answering your questions, offering personalized tips, and helping troubleshoot as you make your pizza alongside us. It’s the perfect mix of on-demand learning with the added benefit of live interaction and support.
â–¶ I cant find my Class Information and Content, How do I find It?

After checkout, you should receive TWO emails.

1. From our Virtual Pizza Academy Store with your order receipt and confirmation.

2. From Virtual Pizza Academy's Digital Content Delivery service, deliveries@skypilotapp.com

In the email from the Content Delivery service, you will click the large "ACCESS YOUR CONTENT HERE' button at the top of the email. This will take you to the Content Delivery Page where you can download your class information documents or view your content.

If you cannot find your content after the above steps, click the login icon at the top left corner of our webpage (looks like a little person), then click the 'PROFILE' button, then click the big blue "ACCESS DIGITAL CONTENT' button at the top of the page. Then select the content you wish to view.
Do I have to download an App or special software to participate?

No. Our live advanced technology is 100% browser based, no additional software required. Our On-Demand classes are 100% streamed within a browser as well.
Should I cook along with the instructor?

For the best experience, we recommend NOT cooking along with the instructor, this will allow you to focus, take notes, ask questions and not be distracted, however if you are planning to cook with the instructor, remember:

  • Have your ingredients out, measured, and ready to go (as is safe)
  • Have all your tools and equipment set up and on hand as needed.
  • Have your screen high enough to work as you watch
  • Print out the recipes, ingredient list, and equipment list (optional but recommended)
  • Make dough ahead of time as outlined in the course guide (be sure to check your timeline)     
Will I be able to ask questions during the Live Class?

Absolutely, you will be able to ask questions in the Classroom chat, and the producer will do his best to direct the questions to the instructor. However, we may not be able to answer all the questions, depending on time.

All questions that we do not have time to address will be answered in a followup email a few days after the class.
What time should I arrive to a Live Class?

We ask that you be in the virtual classroom at least 10 minutes before the class starts.
Will I receive an ingredient list prior to the Live class?

You will receive an email a few days prior to the class with a link to the downloadable class handbook. This contains the recipes, ingredient lists and processes that we'll be covering in class.
