Digital Product & Class Purchase Policy
(Non-Refundable Policy)
At Virtual Pizza Academy (VPA), all of our products — including live virtual classes, on-demand classes, digital downloads, calculators, recordings, and related educational materials — are delivered digitally.
Due to the nature of instant access digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Please review the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Access & Delivery
Upon purchase, customers receive access via the email address provided at checkout. This may include:
- Registration confirmations
- Streamyard and/or Zoom access links
- Passwords for class recordings
- Download links
- Login credentials
- Course access instructions
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information at checkout.
2. Incorrect Email Address or Contact Information
Virtual Pizza Academy is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:
- Incorrectly entered email addresses
- Typos in contact information
- Outdated email accounts
- Inaccessible email inboxes
If an incorrect email address is entered at checkout, refunds will not be issued. However, we are happy to assist in correcting the email address and re-sending access details upon request.
3. Spam / Junk / Promotions Folder Filtering
We are not responsible for emails that are:
- Filtered into spam, junk, or promotions folders
- Blocked by corporate or private email security systems
- Marked as phishing or automatically quarantined
Customers are responsible for checking all folders and adding Virtual Pizza Academy and Streamyard to their safe sender list.
Failure to locate an email due to spam filtering does not qualify for a refund.
4. Missed Live Classes
Live virtual classes are scheduled events. If you are unable to attend:
- A recording will be sent via email no later than 2 business days after the class.
- Access details will be delivered to the email provided at checkout.
Missed attendance does not qualify for a refund.
5. Technical Requirements & User Setup
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have:
- A stable internet connection
- Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
- Ability to access Streamyard or other required platforms
- Updated browser or software
Refunds will not be issued due to personal technical difficulties, firewall restrictions, outdated browsers, or device incompatibility.
6. Duplicate Purchases
If a duplicate purchase is made accidentally, please contact us within 24 hours. Duplicate transactions may be reviewed at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Virtual Pizza Academy to resolve the issue may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access
- Revocation of digital content
- Restriction from future purchases

8. Exceptional Circumstances
While our policy is strictly non-refundable due to the digital nature of our products, we value our community and may review extraordinary situations on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Physical Products
Our physical products are print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. These products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we may offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
To start a return, you can contact us at using the “Submit issue” form. If your product is eligible for return, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital products, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
