You’ll learn the Frico King's tried and true Detroit Style pizza dough and process in this interactive 90 minute Live Class!
🍕We'll cover the basics from making dough, cold proofing, panning the dough, pan proofing, parbaking and the final bake to produce a perfect carmelized cheese frico crust.
📖 You'll receive a full course handbook to download and keep for future reference, which includes the recipes and processes covered in class.

I was so stoked to attend this class from Hamilton, Ontario!
